On February 12, at Mater Dei Hospital, WILFRED CASSAR, of Paola, aged 82, went to meet the Risen Lord, passing peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his beloved wife Carrie née Barbara, his children Patricia and her husband Joe Cutajar, Sandra and her husband Silvio Cortis, his granddaughters, Maria and fiancè Timothy, Sarah and fiancè Christian, and Raymond, his sisters Lina, Mabel widow of Frans, Anna and her husband Oliver, his brother Edwin and his wife Tessie, his brothers and sisters-in-law, the late Hector husband of Tessie, Lilian, Jamie and her husband Joe, the late Joe husband of Georgia, Paul and his wife Fabiana, Twanny and his wife Mary and Tessie and her husband Edward, the extended family, other relatives and friends.
