On August 4, STEPHEN AZZOPARDI, of Birkirkara, aged 85, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He will always be remembered by his wife Maria, his children Mario and his wife Maria, Tony, Josianne and her husband Hubert Fabri, his grandsons Luke and his wife Abigail, Miguel and Kai, his great-grandson Nathaniel, other relatives and friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, August 8, at 8am, for St Francis of Assisi church, Birkirkara, where Mass will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
