On June 28, at her home in Swieqi, ROSEMARIE CURMI, widow of John Louis, aged 93, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church after a long illness borne with Christian fortitude.

Deeply mourned by her loving and caring daughter Theresa and Gavin Sammut Alessi, grandson David and Margaux and her devoted carer Jona; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fr Robert, SDB, Sr Pauline, RSCJ, Sr Helen, RSCJ, Anthony and Joyce; Rita and Albert Perotti; Alfred and Vicki; Victor and Lilith; and Doreen, widow of Joe; nephews and nieces and their spouses, other relatives and many friends.

The funeral cortège leaves the Mater Dei Hospital mortuary on Wednesday, July 2, at 9.45am, for St Rita’s chapel, Lourdes Lane, St Julian’s, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery (Spiteri family grave, upper gate entrance).

No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.
