On February 11, at St Vincent de Paul Intermediate Care Unit, Chev. Mro CARMELO CALLUS of Siġġiewi, aged 98, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Costanza; his children Catherine and John; Carmen and Mario; Pauline and Barry; Nicholas; and Sergio and Roberta; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister Saveria Cini; other relatives and friends.

The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul residence tomorrow, Saturday, February 14, at 2.15pm, for St Nicholas parish church, Siġġiewi, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Siġġiewi cemetery.

Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, and the Puttinu Cares Foundation will be appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
