On December 23, GUIDO BORG, aged 80, from Balzan residing in Lija, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He will always be loved and cherished by his daughters Fleur and her husband Ivan Mifsud Bons and Christine, his precious grandchildren Cristina and Daniel, his siblings, his in-laws and all their families together with his numerous friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, December 27 for the parish church of Balzan, where mass to celebrate his life will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all the healthcare professionals involved in his care.

May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
