It is with profound sadness that I announce the departure of my beloved husband, DARREN BUHAGIAR

To my dear husband Darren,

These past two years, we stood united, clinging to hope as the shadows deepened. I implored you to remain, to weave more cherished memories with us, for the mere thought of farewell was a heavy burden to bear. Yet, witnessing your suffering was an even greater anguish, and though releasing you shattered my heart, I find solace in knowing you are at last free. Watch over our little son, Dorian, in the heavens above; I vow to nurture our daughter, Darlene, with the boundless love you bestowed upon our family. You will forever reside in our hearts—until we reunite, my love.

Two years of struggle, two years of fight,

Holding your hand, clinging to light.

I asked you to stay, to brave the pain,

But heaven whispered and called your name.

My heart is heavy, my tears fell slow,

Today, my love, I had to let you go.

We fought so fiercely, side by side,

Through anguish and hope, through fear and pride.

No more suffering, no more tears,

Keep our son Dorian close in the skies above,

While our daughter Darlene carries your endless love.

His farewell will take place on Saturday, the 17th May at 08:30 at Żabbar Parish Church.

Darren was a gentle spirit, adorned with respect, cherished by countless hearts.

All who had the privilege of knowing him and wish to honor his memory are warmly invited to join us in bidding farewell and celebrating his remarkable life.
