On February 19, at his residence, CARMELO CAUCHI of Mellieħa, aged 84, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Maria, née Borg, his children Michael and his wife Esther Cauchi, Liz, Marthese and her partner Pierre Ebejer, Vicki and her husband Twanny Caruana, Jesmond and his wife Terri Cauchi, Jacqueline and her husband Paul Grima, and Charmaine and her husband Joseph Borg, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, his in-laws and their families, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
