On September 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, ARTHUR NAPIER of Senglea, former vice president, Malta Union of Teachers and president of Hal Far Model Flying Association, widower of Anne, née Grima, aged 81, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. 

He leaves to mourn his loss his children Ian and his wife Odilia and Lorraine and her husband Michael Wachtel, his granddaughters Jessica, Nicole, Kathleen, Lily and Alexandra, his brother Alfred and his wife Beatrice, his brother-in-law Saviour and his wife Carmen Grima, Mary Grima, widow of his brother-in-law Carmelo, numerous relatives and friends, especially the committee and members of the Hal Far Model Flying Association.
