ALFRED BORG who went to meet the Risen Lord on Saturday, 2nd August, 2025, at the age of 93, at Mater Dei Hospital.

He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Cettina, and children Joe and wife Stephanie, Jane, Maria; his grandchildren Mike and wife Romina, Clare, Mario and wife Diane, Daniela, Christina, Matthew and wife Agnes, Kevin and wife Caricia; his great-grandchildren, Matias, Mikayla-Tamara, Eli, Eliana-Marie, Emma, Luke, Liam, Pearl and Kate, also all their respective families, relatives and friends.

The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, 6th August, at 8am, for St Helen’s Basilica, Birkirkara, where funeral Mass præsente cadavere will be held at 8.30am.

No flowers by request, but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
