On April 16, ALBERT ANTHONY ATTARD, (ex-Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance), aged 90, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital comforted by the rites of the Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Artemia née St John, his sons Alan and his wife Carmen, Fr Adrian, and his daughter Alison, his grandchildren Amy and Amanda, and James and Jennifer, children of his late daughter Astrid.

The funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday, April 21, for St Therese Sanctuary, Birkirkara, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.15am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
