The Commission "Ejjew Għandi" (Children's Homes) was established in 1956 to coordinate the activities of the various Children's Homes existing in the Malta Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church and to promote the welfare of children living in these homes.

- Ursuline Creche, Sliema
- Angela House, G'Mangia
- St. Rita Home, Tarxien
- Dar Fra Diego, Ħamrun
- Dar San Ġużepp, Sta Venera
- Dar San Ġużepp, Żabbar
- Dar Sagra Familja, Żabbar
- Dar Santa Tereża, Żurrieq
- Dar Ġesu Nażżarenu, Żejtun
- Dar Merħba Bik, Balzan
- Dar Qalb ta' Ġesu, Sta Venera
- Fatima Hostel, Sliema
The Commission is also responsible for these Day Centres:
